grape variety/vinification
A blend of Chardonnay and Greco. The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and pressed at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 3 months in stainless steel barrels. Finally, the wine is aged for a further 3 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow color with green nuances. An intense wine with notes of white fruits and flowers.
