This finely balanced Sauvignon Blanc appears light yellow with a greenish shimmer in the glass. Its bouquet is intensely fruity with nuances of elderflower and hints of ripe fruit.
Interesting combination with cooked white asparagus and Bozen sauce but also with steamed green asparagus; with tuna carpaccio, smoked salmon or raw langoustine; also typical with steamed trout with vegetables or fresh goat's cheese.
