2024 Sur Sur Donnafugata

This beautiful wine is made from Chardonnay. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 3 months on the lees in tanks and then for at least another 3 months in the bottle.

The Donnafugata La Fuga Contessa Entellina has a refreshing aroma of pineapple, citrus fruits and nuances of thyme. On the palate, this Sicilian white wine from the Contessa Entellina estate is intensely mineral with a lovely acidity.

Goes well with risotto, seasoned chicken, pies and fish dishes.
