Wonderfully fresh and juicy fruit from the cool Castile, north of Madrid. The grapes are mechanically harvested at night so that all the freshness is retained in the juice. The grape skins are soaked for 24 hours at 10°C. This is followed by gentle pressing and controlled fermentation at 16-18°C in stainless steel tanks.

Light yellow color. Fresh aromas of lemon blossom, apples, light tropical fruits and mineral. Full-bodied, tropical, juicy and enjoyable with a slightly acidic finish.
