Marsala is an Italian fortified wine produced in the area around Marsala, in the western part of Sicily. In 1773, this wine was "discovered" by the English traveling salesman John Woodhouse.
This Marsala is semi-dry and the color is Ambra (amber, only white grapes)
It can be served chilled and goes well with desserts or as an aperitif.
