Gosset's NV Brut Rosé 12 Ans de Cave a Minima is showing nicely, offering up aromas of peach, nutmeg, bitter orange and warm biscuits, followed by a medium to full-bodied, seamless and suave palate with a pillowy mousse and racy but nicely integrated acids. This new bottling delivers very good complexity and elegant evolution at the brut non-vintage level.
