An organic blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% Petit Verdot, the San Fabiano Calcinaia 2019 Cerviolo (with 7,000 bottles released) opens to dark concentration and bold aromatic intensity with plummy dark fruit, dried blackberry and chalky white mineral. The wine shows a clean approach with lots of textural heft on the medium to full-bodied close.
