The 2020 Chardonnay Prestige Brut Nature is a late disgorgement that comes after 46 months sur lattes, with 1,500 bottles disgorged in June 2025. The vivid yellow-colored wine opens with an intense, fresh, iodine-scented and lemony bouquet with notes of crushed stones, salt and flint or even cold ash. The wine is round and charming on the palate, quite Burgundian in terms of texture and oak influence but also filigreed and pure on the saline, complex, dry and finely grippy finish. This is a stimulating fizz to have with seafood such as oysters or raw fish. 12% stated alcohol. Tasted in October 2025.
